Short but oh so sweet!!! 

This wee beauty will help to rid your legs of any left-over energy and build up your appetite for the post-race cake fest! 

We have made some changes to this year's Arso Vertitus Trail Race. 

The race will start from the Falkland Estate duck pond. After a short opening road section the race takes a loop around the playing fields of  Hogwarts School before heading into the splendid Maspie Den. 

Enjoy the lovely flora and fauna as the path ambles up this picturesque natural ravine, through the scary dark tunnel, over small wooden bridges and under the wonderful Yad Waterfall before returning back down on the opposite side to finish back at the duck pond.

The route is slightly undulating on woodland trails, dirt paths and sections of tarred road.

Note: Prize-giving and the traditional Fife AC post-race tea party for all runners in the village hall after the race.
