Organised by runners for runners of all abilities Fife AC invites you to take part in the 12th annual John R. Weir Tour of Fife - a series of 5 races held over 5 consecutive days from Wednesday 25th July to Sunday 29th July. This is a unique challenge and the only one of its kind in Scotland. Entrants can run the full series or as many individual races as they wish. Times and finishing positions are recorded at each race. Each competitor's race times are added together to determine the overall series category winners. Prize awards are restricted to those competitors who complete the full series.
Full results will be published on this website and the leading
results will also appear daily in the local Courier newspaper. Note - Due to its continuing popularity this event is pre-entry only. There will be no entries available on the day. The closing date for entries is Monday 23rd July 2012 or whenever the race limit of 150 is reached (in the last few years this has been within days of the opening date). To guarantee a place please enter as early as possible. Online entry will be available at EntryCentral.com See link at bottom of this page. Prize Awards For the following Overall Series finishers. 1st, 2nd & 3rd Overall Male & Female. 1st Male & 1st Female in the following age categories - Under 20, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+ Note - There are no individual race awards.
