An off-road duathlon held on forest roads and tracks held in and around Falkland Estate. The bike section of course is suitable for cycling novices. It is advisable to use a mountain bike due to the nature of the terrain. Cycle helmets are compulsory. Individual entries and team entries (1 runner/1 cyclist) accepted.
Please note that for safety reasons severe cold weather conditions on the day may result in the event being held as a run only race.
