Fife AC Nightmare Series - Race 3, East Lomond Hill  

Craigmead car-park on the Falkland to Leslie road

Starting from Craigmead car park the route will head east along the track for approximately one mile. Go through the stile and take the grassy path to the summit of East Lomond. Follow the path down the east side of the hill towards the radio mast car park. At the car park turn west over the barrier and follow the track around the side of the hill and retrace the the route back to Craigmead car park. If weather conditions are severe then the route will head east to the mast car park and return the same way back to Craigmead car park. A torch and a sense of humour are required. No changing facilities. Please come ready to run. Strictly NO WIMPS!
